FIFA 20- can’t connect to ea servers

I am Facing issues with FIFA 19 recently and now when I bought FIFA 20. I can’t connect to the online servers.

as it’s saying game play blocked as you entered a blocked scene.

its asking to send a code in order to proceed ahead. However the email mentioned isn’t mine nor has it ever been used by me.

will deleting my psn account help solve this issue as I basically can’t play online even when I spent money on the game

any ideas or help on this is welcome

@f3o0x I did speak to a person today morning and they resolved it for me by resetting my account .... had to wait but if you call them early it’s pretty fast

same here is it a major problem or not ?

i tried to shut down my internet and computer and deleted cache and all but still cant connect to online servers in europe.
