for the past week i have been doing the icon swap challenges, with the aim of getting frank lampard for 10 swaps. today i hit 9 tokens and my little brother (age 11) went on my xbox whilst i was downstairs and reedeemed the icon pack, as silly as the situation sounds it has left me quite distraught because i wanted frank lampard as the player has sentimental value to me as he is english and so am i and i grew up watching him.

i really hope there is something, anything you can do about this because i really need to get frank lampard. i have worked SO hard to get to tjis point and rather than take my anger out on my brother i thought i’d contact you guys and see if there’s anything you can do. i am a loyal ea user.
