Fut champs
I played three matches of fut champs and i was winning and then i got disconnected. My connection was good. I only need those wins to rank up and get all my fut champs points. I hope ea read this and amend this.

Am just going to play for fun every other week cant be done with the stress its no fun at the moment and they most be something in it as plenty people are saying the same thing and some are jumping ship to play pes i just hope i can finish in gold in thr fut champs even though i had 3 wins taken away from me

Hey @XxEnea21xX if the game is stuck then you will need to force close the game.
If you let us know on what platform you are having the issue then I can share some troubleshooting steps with you.

Hi @Ceeezzzzz,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to modify records or add more games to play. I'm very sorry 
If you are frequently disconnecting from matches, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
