EA! There is a technical issue with FUT Champs rewards!!!

Iopened my Gold 3 rewards this morning on the web app and legit got 2 rare untradeable golds! I got the FUT Champs points, the coins, the packs but the player picks did not give me TOTW players!!! Please see attached picture for proof!
