Fifa 20 Team sheets glitch and no sound on the game

Ive had exactly the same issue,

I have a list of team sheets i have created and saved in my career mode, an now they have disappeared, i also have no sound on theses no sound at all coming from the game.

This is ridiculous can someone be able to fix this this happened today and it will not work
