Disconnected from EA servers on Wired Connection

I was disconnected from the servers on a wired connection and then given a loss. 

With being on a wired connection, i think i should be able to get a game back or a win or something. This will prevent me from geting elite in FUT champs

Hi there, @bwestever.

 

We don't have a way to modify records. How often are you disconnecting? Wired definitely is more stable than wireless, but you're not immune to disconnecting. If it happens frequently, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. Do you want to do that?
