Please fix this error asap. I haven't played FIFA for weeks come back after a long trip away to this crap!. Everyone one should be given free FIFA packs after being down for a whole weekend. EA should have fixed this error by now do you guys even work on the weekend? It's so annoying. This doesn't happen to other games just EA GAMES! 

Free mega and ultimate packs for everyone affected. It's the least you guys can do. It's not like we wouldn't have earnt it if we had played over the weekend.
