Prime Icon listed for minimal price due to app stutter

Dear EA, Today in the morning I was listing prime Hagi, and app stuttered and did not register 1 zero, so it resulted in listing for minimal price. I've lost around 600k coins in a second, due to unresponsiveness of the Companion app. I wonder if there any chance for compensation or at least decent explanation why did this happen. I took me so long to acquire those coins and I've lost them in a blink of an eye. Screen for proof

Hi @ephtwo-d-too,

We have never been able to replicate an issue with the companion or web app listing an item for a price other than it was set at by the user.

If there were a bug with the transfer market we would see thousands of posts daily on this, it's unfortunately far more likely that the item was unintentionally listed for a lower price by the seller.
