Hi I have tried this and this solution has fixed the problem for me im on PS4 using a LAN cable but instructions include wifi. I haven't tried XBOX but it resolved my issue.

Go to settings> Network > Set Up Internet Connection > either option (I use wifi) > custom > selection your router > automatic > do not specify > manual (DNS Setting) > the 1.1.1.1 in the first box then 1.0.0.1 in the second then next > automatic > do not use. Then that should fix it.
