No opponents found in FIFA 20

Hi guys, used FIFA for years on PS4 but bought fifa 20 yesterday and a new PS4 and when I try to play online or FUT no opponents can be found. Any idea why? I’ve changed the approximate location in matchmaking no difference.

Brand new PS4, restored the PS4 again just incas

any help would be appreciated thanks
