Been playing Fifa since 1996, this is my last year I bought this game.

Hi there. I downloaded Fifa 20 on the Playstation Network about a week ago. When in Ultimate Team, when I try to search for players in My Club or Transfer Market, the game freezes when going to the next page and kicks me out from the servers. I have deleted and re-installed the game several times with no success. Been playing Fifa since 1996, never had those issues. I'm trying to get tech support, EA Customer Service is nowhere to be found. I'm done with EA.

I have the same issue since I preordered the game. Constantly kicks me out of FUT even though my network speed is 20+Mbps...
I have been playing since fifa 98 and have now given up... will never buy another EA product. Support constantly sends the same useless steps of checking my network, even though I have tried them all. How can it be my network if every other thing works perfectly fine? Even pro clubs has no issue and when it kicks me out of FUT, sometimes I am still connected to the EA server...

Hi there, @etihan.

I'm really sorry for all the frustration! Let's see if we can get this crash to stop happening. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
