I have an old email address linked to my gamer tag (basically only use FIFA) so cannot get the password reset.

I have messaged EA twice now saying I cannot put more information into the form to resolve this and need help.

Being ignored and the issue closed without attempting any type of resolution.

Customer service is dispicable and at an in pass with a game purchased that is now useless without online capability.
