My Account has been Temporarily banned for 3 days for a breach of terms of services and I don't no why can somebody help?

@nolan96lfc Hey there, i have banned since 30th March without any reason, and no any mail. I did not do any little thing in the game and i can't contact with anyone. I hope my case will solve but when? Please dear EA Team, help us ASAP, we are restricted in the house, and we are not allowed to getting outside due to corona Frown
