Wrong rewards / division rivals

Hello,

 

I have finish the division rivals in division 4 and I was rank1 however I have received the rewards for division 5? 

Double checked It couple of times and I am sure it was the wrong packs.

 

Can someone help me out?

Hi @dogukankoss,

Did you go up a full Division this week? If you started the week in Division 5 and then promoted to Division 4 your rewards are capped at the highest Division 5 reward tier.
