Every time I log into twitch prime loot it says I’ve already claimed it but when I click on it it says “click here to link the accounts and get your loot”. Even after redoing the process all over again it says “successfully claimed” at the end but 1)nothing shows up in game 2) it still says “click here to link the accounts and get your loot”

I’ve tried to get the new Fifa 20 twitch prime pack but whenever I go into the ultimate menu the pack doesn’t come up, I’ve tried several times and it’s not done anything. What should I do?
