Hi EA Support,

I'm opening this topic to see if this is only happening to me or this is a worldwide problem. If this is only me, that's not a big deal, I know that you will not care a user losing coins and rank, but if this is something in general, that's a big shame on your side and you need to find a solution to players who had an impact.

Here is what happened to me;

I've won the Ultimate Rivals game 4-1 and after the game is finished, it went to loading phase and then it kicked me out from the EA servers. That's why it made me both lose the coins that I would earn and ranked me down like I left the game.

This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. I believe you are eligible to find me on your database and check the logs to see what actually happen. So please let me know what we can do on this subject.
