Disconnected from fut champs
I was disconnected from 2 fut champs matches this weekend which I was winning which was going to get me into silver 1. I know how you determine your game but I demand a compensation for these horrendous server.I have see plenty of other players of your game who are not getting what they deserve a fair playing field for everyone . There is other competition who are making better servers for everyone to play.I have proof of this happening and if there is no compensation I shall no longer purchase this game
I believe you can resolve this

This has just happened to me you pathetic tramps sort it out, working for such a * company. Not one company I despise more, you can’t even give a percentage of your lightning round earnings to people effect by Covid-19. You can’t spell steal with out EA I suppose no wonder this game is rated a 1.1 it’s pathetic don’t deserve a job for producing this absolute shambles what a waste of sperm you all are.

This has to be looked into further as numerous players this weekend have been affected by this. I for one have been discounted twice due to issues from your end. I didn’t even get to see my opponents team before it kicked me off the servers causing me to DNF and lose a game on my record. Games should be compensated for those affected as it only fair. Extend weekend league and reimburse the games to those affected.

@EA_Cade This is not true. I have been disconnected many times this weekend at 0-0 and then it is seen as a loss!!! Come on!!!

Hi @darraghb101,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
