Disconnect 4 times whilst winning
Yet again this weekend I have had 4 disconnects whilst winning. I wanted something sorted as this is a joke now. Please look into my account and you will see. I am not asking cheat and be put in another gold or elite but I want my wins given to me.

I’m afraid that’s not good enough. You can do something. To be kicked out and four games taken away from us simply not good enough. Your reply is nothing we can do well like I said it’s not good enough. You can do something and I expect something. I have spent over a thousand pounds again this year (check my account) and to be told well there nothing you can do is a disgrace. If you can’t do something then pass me on to someone who can do something. I will not let this drop and will make an official complaint if necessary

Agree. Looks almost like u got answered by a robot. Its totally random and has absolutely nothing to do with any thing other tjan bug in the game.

Hi @johngilborson,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
