account banned for no reason
My account had been banned yestoday but I never use any tools in online game. I barely play the rivals and only for legend exchange!! Please show your evidence of my cheating behaviour to prove it.

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.

@guyzinoWe all have this issue. There have been multiple complaints about this. Even when i'm playing against an opponent in my region with stable connection, there still is unbearable lag.
EA, upgrade your FUT Champions servers. The performance is bad and unacceptable. We pay money for this, this shouldn't still be a problem. Report this to the technical team and report back to us.
The Division Rivals Servers perform perfect.
The FUT Champions Servers should perform the same, even in peak times.
