I watched the stream on Friday and had a notification on my app saying I had been rewarded a mega pack so I clicked continue, I then went to the store and there was nothing there. I went on live chat who said it was nothing to do with them and to contact twitch. I then contacted twitch who said they have no control over the actual drops, they just provide the details to EA. I then went back to live chat who again tried to pin it on twitch, I proved what twitch said and the chat adviser effectively shrugged his shoulders and said to post here. This is the second time a pack has gone missing and it's really starting to frustrate me. Please see screenshot attached of being awarded the pack.
