Didn't receive Prime Icon Pack
Hi, I just submitted the sbc squad for prime icon pack. But I didn't receive the prime icon pack.
I have saved up 32 packs to open after the totssf releases. Could that be an issue?

@EA_Cade So I need to delete the club in FUT 20 , play FUT 19 matches after that join to FUT 20 ?

Hi @dvmarutyan,
The issue here is that you've not played any FUT matches on FIFA 19, you had to have played a certain number of matches on FIFA 19 to have the club information transfer over to 20.

Hi @1ozil1,
FIFA will only show you 30 packs at a time in game, you should be able to scroll through all your available packs in the web or companion app however.
