Account Hacked and all my players sold - Support can't support me
Hello ppl,
My name is Nikos and i am here to speak about my unfortunate experience, my problem and ask for any good advice.
I have FIFA 2020 on xbox one (gamertag Nikosss21) and on 7th April my Xbox account was compromised.
First attacker got access to my email: https://prnt.sc/s8vczf

I had no idea about the above so i kept playing with my team and even crafted a SBS - ESSWEIN time 23:10 EET +2 (Athens Greece ) date 08/Apr/2020 https://prnt.sc/s8vexy
The next morning i tried to login to my FUT through mobile app and i was unable to connect. The password had changed. Tried to checked my emails and the hacker changed the password, so i restored my microsoft account by the help of microsoft and then restored my EA account . My body chilled. My coins was missing and all trade-able star players was missing! And we are talking for really good players - the missing circled in white https://prnt.sc/s8vhst .
After a really big pause staring my scrapped team, i got my parts together and took the following actions:
- Untrusted the Tunisian device from https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index .
- Enabled two factor authentication on my connected email and contacted microsoft for this issue.
- Changed password on both EA account and My connected email
It was time to contact EA and request a restore prior to my last legit action, the craft of ESSWEIN ! I contacted help and verified that my account was compromised #case 58584025 and secured my account in order not to happen the same again (also gave me instruction to create a Unique serial for future help) but they couldn't verify the missing players. Please note that to get an answer i had to scream as my case closed (with no answer) and got 1 answer with wrong instructions - nobody read my case! Shravan C.responded ..."I see your account has been compromised." After EA helped me to verify that my account is secure told me that the created a case for restoring my account.
After several tickets and chats i got the following answers
Yogesh: I am escalating the case to team for coins and also team checks all details on this the image of the players is attached with the case if the team will find the players on account, will get back to your email to share complete details and solution for this
Vishal: the items are not sold, discarded nor submitted into SBCs, and these are the only options how you can loose the players in case of compromised accounts.
