I cant play fifa20 online, when I try any online mode, I get an error pop up message "Your Account does not have the required privilege to access this feature, select yes if you would like to access the feature".

When I click yes it just returns to the home page.

I have been in contact with EA Support, who sent me an email with a list of things to do, many of which involved a hard reset of my xbox, but none have worked, does anyone else have this issue, how can this be fixed?
