Dear Ea, My psn account got banned and the reason is the guy(reporter) win me a game of fifa and he direct messages to me”what an easy win” so I talk the way he deserved it (I never rude to others first) and in the end I got ban. This is unfair tho I support the game I paid a lot and I got this unfair banned? Please help me Ea

Go to the site, which @EA_Cade  mentioned in his post.

In the section "Type your issue or question…" you need to type "ban".

Choose your platform.

There you should have all info and contact options to PS support. (livechat , phone)
