I am missing 3 tokens in my club. I tried chat with EA but they said they can't help. So disappointed, I spent so much time earning the tokens and now no chance at trading them in for Drogba. HELP US!! My gamertag is Sha1z1nho.

Hi EA Sports,

I have the same issue. I tried to claim my icon and noted that one of my tokens is missing. Please I need a solution. 

I have contacted the chat agents for almost a month, the response is that I have to wait, but until today, more than 20 days and nothing happens.

@EA_Cade i spoke with an advisor through the contact us option and they said they were aware of the issue but unable to help and that someone in the forum would be able to return the content
