My Pro has 0 skill points

Hello,

 

I have created a pro player to play clubs, and I don’t have any player growth/skill points. I haven’t got the 15 you should be given at the start, and I am not getting any for completing matches (I have played 10 so far)

 

I’ve deleted by pro and remade him, but still nothing.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Chonga2255 So .. EA have several multi million pound games, a large following of users...

Yet the simply cannot provide people with responses to issues, they do not provide a regular staffed live chat service, nor do they have any contact numbers for players with issues.

If you buy any other product from 99% of companies, there’s always some form of customer service team, but for the amount of money EA receive, their customer service is up abysmal.
