today while going on FIFA on my pc I had 2 major problems,

1 a greyed screen  that made any visualisation difficult

2 no game modes were available except volta just to create an avatar, 

   all the other game modes were down and just stated random stuff with at the end not available (pic under)

   I tried career mode and all it would just start loading then kick me out and send me to the computer main menu

   tried updating and resolvin but nothing works

hope you have a solution,
