fifa 20 co op connection problem

we just bıught fifa 20 but when we try to play in co op seasons , while the match is playing , it says after 20-30 min “ you lost your connecction to opponent....” and 3 poimts going to opponent. What the *? İ tried evertthing about troubleshootimg , please help me

I have been having the a some what similar problem since i purchased the game. Except in my case it wont match us with any opponents and havent been able to find a solution for it anywhere online
