i'v been banned of transfermarket after my account been hacked
hello guys ... i'v been banned from transfermarket Fifa 20...
i was on companion and i found this message appear that i'm permanently banned from transfermarket due to coins distribution! WHAT A SHOCK ... i didn't do anything like that at all!
i was angry and shocked that i didn't check my ultimate well when that happened, just i noticed that there are 3 players sold... although i didn't list any player, also about 50K or 60K coins aren't there...
i discovered that someone hacked my account and sold all my tradable players who are 84 rating and above... thanks for him that left the untradable players...
i check my email and found an email about a new login from another country! i check the logins on EA account i found it... it's from tunisia and i'm egyptian who live in egypt!
i tried to talk to someone from EA through chat, and i got to talk to one of them, i explained her all what happened, she helped me to secure my account but she told me about that ban of transfermarket that she can't do anything now but she told me she will share my feedback with the team who will investigate my account... nothing happened till now and it's the 3rd day
guys i'm just playing fifa... i don't sell or buy coins, i'm just a victim of hacking... you should be on my side not to punish me...
i shared 2 screenshots of the logins and the email ...
please don't make me lose my passion towards something i really love... otherwise that i won't make a new account or buy future version of fifa , because that's very devastated that my 2 months of playing fifa 20 will vanish like that... i can't move the valuable untradable cards to a new account or create them again, i have aubameyang and pukki the POTM and also roberto carlos icon swap... i worked hard to get them
you should investigate the account which my coins went to... and i'm sure that u will find him receiving coins from lots of accounts because simply he hacking them!
give me justice here... that's all i ask... and i have nothing to hide, please check my account without limits... i give u that , see every single buying or selling a player i'v did... check my beahviours and my activities and how much games i play and where i spend coins, i never did anything related to breaking the rules of any game... i just play the game which i love no more no less
