FIFA 20 Crash PC

Hi,

I just bought FIFA 20 and face an error after selecting a language. I've tried to uninstall the game, repair, clear the cache, uninstall VGA driver, make sure windows media player is installed in my PC, etc. Are there any solutions? I'm thinking of getting a refund.
