I won a game of fut champs and it froze
  1. I was playing fut champs and I finished with 19 wins, earlier in the weekend I won a game 2 - 1 which I have video proof of the game then freezing meaning I had to close the application and I was given the loss so I missed out on gold 1. I need the win back so I can get the better packs and it's not fair that I literally won then got a loss

We're not able to modify records. The best I can do is troubleshoot your connection. That's something we should do if you disconnect frequently.
