So, I’ve been having a problem with my Fifa about my account being invalid, I’m currently in the process of getting this sorted. I’ve filled out a recovery form and all that they tell you to do and today I have received a message on my PlayStation by someone called EArajivt.

The message itself says EA Help Account Recovery Verification Code: ....” They’ve sent me a code, but I have no idea where to put this code because when I turn Fifa on it just tells me to go to EA help for more information. I also don’t know how legit this is as I’ve never known a company to message you on PlayStation. I have provided an email they can contact me on so why would I get a PS message?
