I can't play online friend match with my origin friend.

I played fifa19 with my origin friend, however, in FIFA20, I can't play the online friend match with my origin friend.

We can enter traning arena screen, however, game always suddenly shutdown before match started.

There is no error message, it just shutdown. How can I solve it?
