Crashes on me resulting in wasted time and coins.
Hey
Fifa 20 on PS4 has crashed twice now in two days during key moments forcing me to lose hard-earned coins and rewards.
I spoke to online chat who said they can do nothing for me.
The hell?
I just want my coins back for the Draft I saved up for. Can someone please help?

I feel ypu man...yesterday while I was submitting the last 89 rated squad to complete POTM Neymar SBC i got kicked out of FUT and when I managed to get back in the SBC had expired. Obviously, since it wasn't my fault, I don't see why should I be in the situation of losing 1.5 million coins liquid plus pretty much my entire club that I had put in (I grinded for the entire month for that SBC). So yesterday I immediately contacted EA support requesting compensation and they told me to post here and guess what? A single-line reply b y a community manager who never replied again after I asked other questions. So now I've been trying to get in touch with someone who can help me in some way but there's no way, they don't reply.
