PSN account eligibility
My psn account says it's not eligible! I need help to fix this problem. And ea doesnt offer proper support

Everything is correct on my end, ps+ is up to date. There are no restrictions. Does my psn account have to be verified within the settings of the ps4? Please help me resolve this issue as it's very frustrating.

I have the same problem. My PSN is working fine because I can play MLB the show online no problem. Has to be something with EA because I am seeing multiple people have this problem within the last week or so.

- i have the same problem
- i was playing then i quit the game like normal thing
- then the next day i cant play online
- i sign up in ea and try to link my psn
- but it said it is not elgibile
- what should i do???

Hey @prince_shane12 have you ensured that your PS+ is up to date and that you have no restrictions on your account.
Are you seeing an issue with all aspects of the game or just certain ones?
