Fifa 20 does not run

I bought fifa 20. I downloaded it, but when I give it a play, nothing happens. The game does not start.

 

• OS: Windows 10 64-bit
• Procesor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500 CPU @ 2.40 GHz
• Memorie RAM: 16 GB
• Video: NVIDIA Geforce 840M
