Every time I try to open fifa 20 it now asks for me to log in to my EA account. I’ve logged in to my account on my computer and have full access on my computer and so I know my passwords and such are all correct. However on the PS4 the email it asks to send an email to to let me log isn’t mine and I even downloaded the google verification authenticator and the numbers I type are not accepted even though it is clearly my account. Don’t know why or when I was ever logged out of my EA origin account. I have had fifa for years and this has never happened. I have done 4 cases filled out all the info I know and all they say is we need more info and it is really beginning to * me off. Either tell me how to do it and what to fix and actually be helpful or Im gonna have to delete my account and start from scratch like ea actually give a *.
