FIFA 20 Lag input delay

I'm getting terrible delay with FIFA 20, to the extent where I no longer play the game. It's that bad! Luckily I work as a network engineer for the ISP I have. So I know that from a network perspective I've tested everything possible & there are no issues.

In terms of what I've done to try & eradicate this delay issue, I've tried absolutely everything. I have a hard wired connection from my Hub to the PS4 Pro. It's 500mg down 40 up. I'm playing on a new Samsung OLED tv with 2.1 HDMI ports in game mode. I've replaced HDMI & Ethernet leads. I've also disabled the Game Motion Plus setting as this can contribute to lag. My TV is pretty decent when it comes to latency in Game Mode, with a 14ms response. I've tried automatic & manual settings on the PS4 network settings. I've reset the PS4, deleted & reinstalled game, changed DNS settings & finally, re-built database. From a hub perspective, I've tried DMZ, modem only mode, forward porting & UpnP. I tried everything EA has asked me to do, running a UOTrace which came back with brilliant results.

I don't get any issues as bad or as constant, as I'm having with FIFA 20. I've even played Battlefield 5, Battlefront 1 & 2 & offline with Star Wars Fallen Jedi. All EA games & all of these play well with no issues. As a comparison to FIFA 20, I also own PES 2020. Like FIFA 20, PES 2020 runs at 60Hz in 4K. There's none of the issues I'm experiencing with FIFA, on or offline. Have I missed anything? I'm literally out of ideas now. I would like to know, being from the UK, I presume I'm connecting to London server when playing matches? It's just the UOTrace IP's were based in Colorado, US. Surely I'm not connected to a US server when playing other Europeans online?
