What patch, server release notes?
That is not the patch, it's ongoing work as they say, it doesn't have to be in a form of downloadable patch, they just make adjustments on their end. Anyway it's been a few weeks since they supposedly changed matchmaking rules regarding location and that post is just like some progress report.

They need to revert back to a week or so a go, the game was so much better then. Gameplay is useless since, feels like a completely different game!
