Can anyone help me with the following issues?

Currently I'm facing

1:Application errors and game completely crashes with a blue screen

2: Moonwalking past the ball/not even registering that the ball is near them or locking on to a player

3: severe delay, like 2-3 seconds then the game starts stuttering and sometimes followed by an application error

4: frame rate drops it's like playing the PS1 sometimes

5: players going from responsive to playing 2-3 seconds behind then the game decides to freeze me but my opponents randomly during the game start fast forwarding

I've been on countless EA chats to no avail, I just want a playable game.
