I'm sorry if i sound impatient and i understand why there would be delays because of whats uh, been happening but its been about 21 days and im starting to get worried if thats the right word

The case still says in progress although i haven't received any word on the case since i started it on the 21st of May, if it has any relevance it was a case to do with missing content, which i would understand if i took longer of course

but basically how long would this usually take and at what point would i attempt to resume the case or attempt to email/talk to someone because i lost alot of stuff on my account and its already ruined my ultimate tots weekend league tbh
