I have not been able to login to Origin for 1 month now. I opened a case 4 weeks ago and the case said resolved and nothing happened. I waited 14 days for that. Missed 2 Weekend leagues and lost over 2 million coins from not selling my team. I contacted chat through a call and they said i have to open another case. Waited 8 days for that one. I've looked for ways to get someone to fix my freaking problem and they keep saying they cant do anything until someone has the case team looks at it. My case keeps getting updated at the same time every day with 0 progress. 

3AM - 7AM - 11AM - 3PM - 7PM - 11PM. im 100% sure that's not true and i have to take matters into my own hands. Im going to buy a plane ticket and fly to Vancouver to get someone to look at my account this week. Its been 1 month. If i cant get my account Tuesday then i just want it deleted. NO MORE HOLDING MY ACCOUNT HOSTAGE AND MAKING ME DEPRESSED. 

im 100% sure its not a ban from FIFA because i've never done anything wrong and never got an Email. What happened was i bought FIFA points and they said it will come in 48 hours. I said i wanted you guys to cancel the order because i no longer needed it. You said you dont refund FP and i let it go. 2 days later, i never get my FIFA points but yet i get a refund from my bank when i never disputed the transaction. Your automated system fails again to detect rules being broken. I'll have to go to Vancouver because this is taking just too long. 1 month on a case in not normal.
