[Resolved] Companion & webapp connectivity issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and open weekend leauge rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? if i try to open my weekend league rewards it says: there was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate servers. please try again later
What should be happening instead? i should get my rewards!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In FUT central tells me my rewards are ready. When I click, it says servers unavailable. Claimed my rivals rewards without issue
What happens when the bug occurs? Returns to FUT central
What should be happening instead? I should get my rewards
How can servers not be available for claiming FUT champs rewards. I’ve claimed rivals rewards. And played online games in rivals. What’s going on?

What happens when the bug occurs? When i try to claim my Weekend league rewards it says "There was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later"
What should be happening instead? I should be able to get my weekend league rewards like other players.

Well , obviously with the new update had to be thousand of issues.
1 permanently disconnected fron FUt Servers
2 Not being able to collect the Champions Rewards.
3 Chip shots messed up..
yet to be more discovered.
Well my friends i think is time to accept that we’ll never again be able to play fifa as we’re supposed to.

- I keep getting an error when trying to use the web app or mobile app, I am currently unable to log on on my pc so web app is all I have currently. Please see attached image file for error detail when trying to log in
