Hi

 

i have been trying to contact an EA representative about this issue for days. After finally connecting to a chat with an EA Representative I was told to post here. 

I have received the wrong version of Kante in a pack. I received the normal version when I was supposed to pack the TOTY Kante. I am very unhappy about this and would like it corrected. 

could a member of the EA team please contact me via phone?

Hi @DrewSTaylor,

I'm showing that you pulled Kante at 8 AM UTC on the 9th. At that time Defenders were in packs not Midfielders.

All TOTY players were released again about 3 hours after you pulled Kante, you received the correct version.
