Problem started in fifa 19 but it also in fifa 20 , I live in the middle east. first few months I was matched against players with Mideastern names and everything was good, then one day I started to got matched against players with European names and get long input lag. (online rivels and seasons)

when i go to pro club and do search club, the default is southern Europe and middle east is "not recommended" meaning the game prefers Europe over middle east although this is where i live. I believe this is the source to the leg problem.

already did all the basic and advanced steps in your troubleshooting, nothing help, there is got to be a solution...
