The thing is I was hacked a while ago and someone was using my account and I already got it back thanks to your support a while ago. Few weeks later I got banned in Fifa 20. My guess is that person who hacked my account was cheating, I know this doesnt sound believable. I already created a case about this and ToS team siad that I wont be unbanned.
It need to be checked again since I have already said that i was hacked and someone was using my account. I have never cheated in a game. I keep creating new cases and all of them are the same: they keep saying thant they wont unban and I was cheating. What can I do?Anyone in similiar situation?
