Wrongfully banned
@Xander57810 can you tell me how you got unbanned I been wrongfully banned as well and I’m getting automated emails as well, I generally don’t think they read the emails and they just send automated ones in return

@EA_Aljo What happened was my brother hacked my hotmail and used that to get in my Fifa account and he said he tried to transfer coins from my account to his alt account using web app or something like that the only reason how I notice is I was getting emails taking about the ban so he was trying to fix this before I would’ve know about it now when I try to explain to the TOS what actually happened I’m getting automated reply’s so I’m not exactly sure how many times if you could help me aljo much appreciated even if it’s to talk to ea TOS because it looks like they haven’t read it

when I go to the link and press origin it only gives me the option to select Mac and pc but I play on ps. When I search origin there’s 3 options. There’s origin mobile, origin access and origin I tried all of them but there’s no option to select the platform as ps

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:
- Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Select Origin as the product.
- Select your platform.
- Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
- Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
- Compose a new massage to ToS team.
- The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

Hey @BraedenVaile for all issues relating to a TOS sanction you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.
The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
- Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
