How can I change the email that sends the verification code. Attached is the email option which is not my email and my son cannot play the game

The email on my Microsoft account is my email so I just don't understand where this random email came from. It's very frustrating because my son can't use half the game features.

To change email please follow this steps:

 

  1. Go to commerce.microsoft.com.
  2. Login to Your account.
  3. Click on Profile.
  4. Click on Edit Profile.
  5. Change Email Address.
  6. Confirm Email Address change.
