Can’t connect to Ultimate Team
Issue:
Unable to connect to Ultimate Team in FIFA20.
Error:
"We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the main menu."

Platform: PS4
Key insights:
- Everyone I know can connect to the servers and can play online.
- I was able to play Ultimate Team a few hours ago when I suddenly got disconnected at the end of the game and I was never able to get back online.
- I can’t even log in into the web app.
Other troubleshooting performed:
- Reinstalled game
- Deleted application storage
- Refreshed PS4 database
- Restored licenses
- Tried connecting with a hotspot

Hey @byPxL
If you can, you should try connecting directly with an Ethernet cable rather than wirelessly as this will give a more stable connection.
