PS4 console comes on by itself..... why?
PS4 comes on by itself usually at night. Also, I’ve noticed on 2 occasions when the fifa disc ejects during gameplay.

That sounds like your console may need to be looked at, FIFA won't turn our console on randomly though it may start an update if your console is configured accordingly.
Similarly, I've not seen any other reports of the game disc ejecting during play.
